I have been hard at work in the garden this morning, dismantling the cold frame for the summer and planting the edible dahlias. So I get to enjoy a guilt-free snack for elevenses 🙂 I tend to prefer savoury snacks in the morning and sweet treats in the afternoon, so this morning I picked a recent addition to the Graze offering – Sweet Memphis Barbecue.

It’s a tasty mix of crunchy wild rice sticks (left), equally crunchy barbecue peas (bottom right) and tangy salsa peanuts (top right). With plenty of fibre and 6g protein it’s a satisfying snack for when you’re hungry and lunch is still a way off!

Graze - Sweet Memphis Barbecue

I have been a Graze fan for several years now. I like trying new things and having snacks arrive in the post every week. And having them on hand means I eat fewer packets of crisps. If you’d like to try Graze boxes for yourself then you can get your first, fifth and tenth boxes free if you sign up using my reward code (EMMAC663U). In return they’ll give me a £1 off my next box, so it’s a win-win situation 🙂

One of the nice things about Graze is that you can tailor your choices – you can remove any boxes that contain things you can’t or won’t eat. New recipes are generally added to your ‘try’ list, although sometimes they’re added to ‘Do Not Send’ if they contain problematic ingredients (i.e. they’re very spicy, or contain meat), so it pays to check back occasionally and see what you’re not being sent to see if you would like it!
