Graze Deconstructed: Baobab & Raspberry Clusters

  Posted on   by   No comments

Being an ethnobotanist, I was pleased (in a very nerdy way) when Graze brought out their new set of ‘Supersnacks’, with unusual botanical ingredients. One of the ones I was most eager to try was the Baobab & Raspberry Clusters, because I’ve had baobab smoothies at the Eden Project (yum!) and I’ve been experimenting with baobab powder in bread (more on that later)….

Anyway, not to put too fine a point on it, but I really don’t like this particular Graze box. It has ‘Baobab and raspberry clusters’, apple pieces and pumpkin seeds, and it just didn’t float my boat. So it has gone on the ‘bin’ list and it won’t darken these doors again, which is one of the advantages of the Graze system. The remains of it have ended up in the bird cake I have made for our feathered friends this Christmas. Hopefully they will like it more than I did!

If you’d like to try Graze boxes for yourself then you can get your first, fifth and tenth boxes free if you sign up using my reward code (EMMAC663U). In return they’ll give me a £1 off my next box, so it’s a win-win situation 🙂
